Could be that you are right, the model wasn't very happy...but it isn't real. It is just weird digital manipulation of an image. It isn't real. Unless there really are sharkie boys with algae mouth and it is considered bad taste to display it...I'm not sure? Does it upset you?

Sharkie boy suffered from dreadful case of algae mouth a few days before his 11th birthday and was not able to enjoy the blackened snapper.
